Do I need to register to BUY / SELL e-gold at i-EX?
No. Registration is not required. However, it is advisable to register if you plan on doing mutiple transactions. Registration saves you time from repeatedly filling out forms.
What are the fees associated with buying and selling egold ?

Can i get a computation for the amount of let’s say $50 worth of e-gold?
You may use the i-EX rate to pre-compute the final amount.
Is there anything I should be aware of before filling out the form ?
Yes.Please take note of the warning as indicated in the BUY order form. DO NOT USE THE CHARACTER "Ñ" AND "ñ" WHEN FILLING UP THE FORM. THIS CORRUPTS THE FORM WHICH MAY CAUSE DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF THE ORDER.
Where can I find the bank details and payment information ?
The bank details and payment information are sent to your email once the BUY order form is submitted.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium Service?
Premium service is more expensive than Standard service as it is purchased directly from international exchangers. Use Premium e-gold service if amount to be ordered is more than the available BUY Daily Maximum Limit.
The form asks for a land line but I don't have one what should I do?
In case a landline is unavailable input your mobile number instead and send a scanned copy of your ID to [email protected]
It says on the form that there are additional verification requirements for FIRST BUY transactions. What are these?
Verification requires at least two of the three items below.
1. A copy of the deposit slip or a screen shot of the online receipt. Please scan or take a digital picture and send to [email protected].
2. A Scanned copy of your ID. ID should indicate name as seen on the BUY order form.
3. Your land line number. Please expect a call within 24 hours to verify your number.
How long does it take for e-gold to appear in my account ?
Buy orders may be completed within the day upto 48 hours from the time order has been verified.
How long does it take for the cash to appear in my bank account?
Sell orders maybe completed in 1-5 business days. However, it is usually completed by the next banking day.
